We’re excited to bring your designs to life! To ensure a smooth process and high-quality results, please review the following prerequisites before placing a custom order:

1. Order Requirements

• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 10 pieces.

• Bulk Orders: For orders exceeding 100 pieces, a $50 up-charge will apply.

• Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required to start all projects, with the remaining balance due upon delivery.

2. Design & File Specifications

• Accepted File Formats: PNG, AI, EPS, or SVG (vector files).

• File Adjustments:

  • Standard Setup Fee: $25 for initial setup.

  • Design Modifications: A fee of $50 will be charged for any necessary modifications or corrections to your design file.

3. Samples

• Sample Creation: Initial sample costs start at $50.

• Final Sample Pricing: The final cost may vary based on the complexity of the project.

4. Delivery Time

• Delivery Timeline: Please allow 7 - 10 business days for delivery once we receive all items for the project.

5. Optional Uncharges

• Additional services such as plastic t-shirt bags and garment folding are available as up-charges. Please inquire for specific pricing.
