CWT Corporation's Employee Resource Group (ERG) has been instrumental in promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion (DEI) within the company. One of the most impactful initiatives undertaken by the ERG was the establishment of E.M.B.R.A.C.E. for Black History Month.

E.M.B.R.A.C.E. stands for Empowering Minorities to Build Relationships, Advance Careers and Excel.
