Best Buy Corporation's Employee Resource Group (ERG) has been a driving force in promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion (DEI) within the company. One of the most powerful initiatives undertaken by the ERG was the creation of the slogan "Together We Are One," which has had a tremendous impact on the organization.

Initially developed by the ERG as a unifying message for its members, the slogan quickly gained traction among employees across all departments and locations. The message of unity and inclusivity resonated with many individuals who were looking for a way to express their support for DEI initiatives.

As a result of its success, the ERG proposed the use of "Together We Are One" company-wide as a statement of support for the Black Lives Matter movement following the murder of George Floyd. The response was overwhelmingly positive, and the slogan quickly became a rallying cry for employees at all levels of the organization.

The impact of "Together We Are One" was felt throughout the company, leading to the creation of Best Corporation's first annual Day of Unity. The event, which was designed to promote DEI and raise awareness of issues related to social justice, was a resounding success, with employees from all departments and locations coming together to show their support.
